    Bottle of milk, and 3 other food items, 2 or which were stored in plastic bag, and scoop are stored in the ice maker where the ice is used for food. Remove immediately. Observed above-items removed and any ice in contact or vicinity disposed. Rice scoop with rice stilled attached is stored in murky water with rice particles at room temperature water. Remove, and clean and sanitize utensil, and store either rice scoop in ice water or provide time (within 4 hours) or temperature control (41 F or less, or 135 F or higher). Corrected when scoop was removed.
