    (MEAT) Upon testing sanitizer solution at three-compartment sink, the unit is not dispensing sanitizer and levels measured 0ppm with QT10 test strips. Responsible party switched out sanitizer container and states that line had been clogged. EHD directs facility to replace hoses as fungi/mold particles were observed clogging and flowing through sanitizer lines. Correct by 4/8/2015. Sanitizer measured 200ppm. Corrected.
