- The mop sink has no water (hot or cold). Provide both hot (120F minimum) and cold water to the mop sink by 2 weeks. Provide a photo of correction by 2 weeks or a chargeable re-inspection will occur. Until water is restored, use water from the 3-comp in the mobile food facility and dump waste water in the mop sink (current practice)...then the mop sink must be utilized.
