- Fish Patty (deep fried) at the buffet table measured less than 100F. EHD directed staff to discard the fish patties and the food items were discarded upon inspection. Food items in the two-door unit at the sushi preparation area are above 50F including crab mix & tuna. The unit ambient temperature measured 49F. EHD directed staff to remove all food items to a separate location and maintain temperatures at 41F or below. EHD recommends that the unit be serviced. Repair/replace within two weeks and by 3/18/2015. Corrected: Items removed to separate unit.

Only approved pest control bait traps that are enclosed, sticky traps or other approved devices are allowed. Correct immediately. All bait was removed upon inspection today. Clean and sanitize all areas where the mice droppings were located. Correct by 3/18/2015.
