OBSERVED A COUPLE OF BOXES OF ICE CREAM WERE STORED ON THE FLOOR INSIDE THE FREEZER.
OBSERVED COUPLE OF DRAIN FLIES IN THE FACILITY.
ONE OF THE LIGHT BULBS IN THE KITCHEN DOES NOT HAVE A SHATTER PROOF COVER.
