OBSERVED A BAG OF RICE OPEN AND USING A BOWL AS A SCOOP WITH HANDLE.
POTATO STEW MEASURED 129F AND POTATO WITH RED SAUCE STEW MEASURED 106F AT TIME OF THE INSPECTION. THESE FOOD ITEMS WERE STORED ON TOP OF STORAGE TABLE WITHOUT USING ANY TEMPERATURE CONTROL.
RAW SEED SPROUTS AND COOKED RICE NOODLE ARE STORED AT ROOM TEMPERATURE ON PREPARATION TABLE. RAW SEED SPROUTS MEASURED 73F AND COOKED NOODLE 73F.
RICE SCOOP IS STORED IN WATER AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
