ITEM #2: Certified food handler not on site during inspection. As per Bedminster Township Board of Health Ord., any establishment that is serving and / or preparing food shall be certified in basic food safety principals and be on site during operating hours.
ITEM #12: Observed raw shell eggs stored above ready-to-eat food (red peppers) in reach-in refirgerator unit in rear prep area. Shell eggs shall be stored at bottom shelving to prevent potential cross-contamination issues
ITEM #30: Observed wet / soiled wiping cloth stored on cutting board attached to deli display case. Wiping cloths shall be stored in sanitizer buckets to prevent cross-contamination issues.
ITEM #32: Observed small flies behind deli display cases.
ITEM #42:Observed cutting knife wedged between equipment in deli prep area. In use utensils shall be stored in a manner to prevent potential cross-contamination.
ITEM #52: Most recent health inspection rating placard not posted in public view. The most recent rating placard shall be posted in such a manner so the public may view.
