Observed exposed wood on the back of the sink in the women's room. The counter around the hand sink in the back has gaps and exposed wood. Repair counter and seal all exposed wood.
Observed build up in the soda dispenser nozzle. Wash, rinse, and sanitize nozzles on a routine basis.
All non-food contact surfaces need to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized on a routine basis. These surfaces include but are not limited to door seals and the bottoms of the cold storage units.
Observed ceiling tiles outside of the grid and gaps around pipes coming out of the ceiling. Replace tiles and seal around pipes. Seal any gaps in ceilings and walls.
No food handler licenses. Owner did not know about change in law. I will email a copy of TCHD's food handler class schedule for 2015. All employees must have food handler licenses within 30 days from this inspection.
