  • There are stained ceiling tiles in the alcove. Also there is damaged walls/paint peeling in the utility room by the mop sink, in the alcove by the ice cream and ice machine. Per PIC she put work orders in for the repair issues.

  • Observed leak in hose connected to sanitizer unit in mop sink room. Repair or replace.

  • Found an open can of soda stored in the ice cream freezer at the server station. Also, found a drink with out a lid stored on shelf in server area by tea pitchers. Corrected and spoke to employees.
  • Please clean the ceiling above the ovens. Ceiling has become orange due to baking residue.
  • Provide light shields to lights in dry storage area.
