  • No thermometers provided in cookline reach in cooler, cooler near coffee station, and standing cooler in kitchen. Provide thermometers in all cold holding units.
  • Observed raw meat being stored in metal pans on the floor in walk in cooler. Manager moved food to lowest shelf on rack. Ensure all food is store a minimum of 6 inches off the floor.
  • Observed rusty shelves in walk in cooler and on lowest shelf on dry storage area. Reseal or replace shelves. Observed damaged gaskets on walk in cooler door. Repair or replace gaskets.
  • Observed wooden boards and several disconnected reach in coolers being stored around dumpster. Ensure these items are removed and premise is free from unnecessary equipment.

  • The facility uses egg cartons to put pans on. The racks in the walk in cooler are starting to rust.
  • The facility reuses single service containers.
  • There are no paper towels at the hand sink by the dish machine.
  • The floor is damaged in several places.
  • There is paint coming off the wall in a couple of places in the kitchen and in the dish machine room.

  • There are biscuits stored in to go bags.
  • The door to the outside in the room with the dishmachine has a gap on the bottom right. Repair the door by 3-6-15 so that you no longer see daylight.
  • Observed damaged floor tiles in kitchen.
  • Observed an unlabeled bottle by the dishmachine. The owner voluntarily disposed of it.
  • In the back room there were chemical containers on shelves over 3-comp and 2-comp sinks including a container of gasoline and can of WD-40. They were moved.
  • There is a baby play pen in the kitchen.
