Worst McDonald's ever! We are always missing good or it is wrong they say they will replace even when they don't give a receipt and they dont. Today we had a burger missing my boyfriend asked since I was closer if I could pick up the replaced food and get our money back( which is what the manager told him he would do) the manager said no he had to come in. So he drove back from way in the country in Metamora back to mcdees off 24. When he got there the manager then refused to replace anything or return our money.. He said he needed all the food back. Which wouldn't have been a problem if he would have told him that on the phone originally.. Even after explaining to the manager that he wouldnt have wasted his gas to drive all the way back for 1.49$ burger if I wasn't told my item(s) would be replaced and I would be refunded. So once again the managers have lied and our order has been screwed up (meaning not correctly made or we didn't even receive them). We only stop at that location because it's on the way home from our parents so we're not having to back track.. Oh and I forgot to mention after my boyfriend explained everything to him about this evenings order and our past experiences; the manager replyed with well there is a McDonald's in Metamora.. Can you even believe that's was his response???? I will be posting this on every social media app and calling corporate once again, so everyone knows how unprofessional the managers and employees and this location truly are.
