- Observed mops being stored on floor, with the head down. Ensure mops are stored upright so the mop head is facing upward to prevent growth and spread of bacteria.

- Found milk, eggs, and sour cream at 49F in the 3-door glass cooler in the kitchen. These foods were discarded by the manager. No other potentially hazardous foods were in this unit. Do not use this unit for potentially hazardous foods until it is repaired. Contact Kim 309-925-5511 ext. 301 for a reinspection when it has been repaired.
- Paint the rusty area on the outside of the Vulcan oven in the kitchen.
- The insides of the fridges had a build up of debris. Clean and sanitize them.

- The outsides of the cooking equipment, cooler door seals, and the insides of sinks had a build up of debris/grease. Clean and sanitize them.
