Employee stated he had washed shrimp in sink
This sink is only to be used for handwashing purposes (same for all other handsinks)
Observed slimy substance accumulated in soda fountain nozzels
Employee cleaned and sanitized them immediately
All food contact surfaces are to be cleaned at least once daily
Those which came in contact with raw meats shall be cleaned and sanitized at least every 4 hours (meat slicers, knives, etc.)
