Observed no paper towels, no soap at hand wash station, owner states they use 3-compartment sink no paper towels, no soap at 3-compartment area
Keep hand wash station stocked at all times during operation.

Re-inspection due to violations on 3/22
Observed a container with cooked beef at 67-69 degrees, employee states meat was cooked last night left out cooling until this morning
Meat disposed in trash, food is not allowed to be out of mechanical refrigeration for more than two hours or more than four hours without monitoring temperature
Provide tight closing containers for all unsealed food product.
