Food safety not available upon inspection Provide a food safety certified employee (within 60 days) by 5/3/09 and fax to our office Observed jalapenos and pickles stored at 67 degrees Fahrenheit in the Delfield fridge Items were voluntarily tossed by manager Other items were left in the fridge since they are not perishables A technician will look at unit tomorrow morning, and I will be contacted once unit is repaired Observed food preparation refrigerator holding eggs, hotdogs, cut tomatoes and veggies out of temperature as shown in temperature control section above All cut produce was tossed per manager's request The eggs, cheese, and hotdogs will be moved to a refrigeration unit that is operating at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below This unit will also be checked tomorrow, and I will be contacted to come back and take a look at the unit when it is repaired.	3/3/2009
