Upon today's reinspection 09/08/09 only two of the violations were corrected out of the seven noted on the 08/25/09 dated letter to owner
The following violations were still uncorrected as of 09/08/09
Observed corn dogs, jalapeno peppers, taquitos and sausage, bacon and linguica burritos at 125 degrees
Maintain at 135 degrees or above
Foods must be covered to avoid contamination
The interior bottom of 3 door cooler has not been refinished that is located in the backroom
Maintain all food equipment surfaces easy cleanable and smooth.

The purpose of this visit was to conduct a reinspection regarding violations listed on the 2-23-09 inspection report
Immediately correct the remaining items: 1
Adjust the temperature of the walk-in cooler and 3-door cooler so it maintains potentially hazardous foods at 41 degrees Fahrenheit

Remove the accumulation of grime from the shelves inside the cabinets at the beverage station

Remove the accumulation of dust from the fan guards in the walk-in cooler

Remove the accumulation of surface rust from the shelves in the walk-in cooler

Resurface the rusted interior bottom of the 3-door cooler using a durable material such as stainless steel or FRP wallboard
Interior bottom cannot be painted

Elevate the bottom storage racks a minimum of six inches above the floor located in the walk-in cooler to facilitate adequate floor cleaning

Secure the CO2 cylinders
