Observed meat department employees changing gloves without washing hands between glove changes
One employee used meat scale (push screen) with gloves, then continued on to touch meat with same gloves
Handwashing facilities (2) in meat department are not adequately supplied, therefore hands cannot be properly washed
Hands are to be washed frequently with warm water and hand cleanser and properly by vigorously rubbing hands together for 10-15 seconds, and drying them
Handwashing sink inside meat cutting room had no hand soap
Shall provide soap here in dispenser

Cutting boards in meat department (some) are in need of resurfacing to be smooth throughout and deeper cleaning and sanitizing (they have a yellow tint, which according to employees is due to chorizo and meat seasoning and is not removable)
Clean and sanitize regularly at least every 4 hours
Observed mice droppings along walls in warehouse room
Maintain these areas clean and free of trash or other rodent harboring conditions.
