Handwashing facilities shall be equipped to provide warm water (100 degrees) under pressure for minimum of 15 seconds through mixing valve or combination faucet
If temperature of water provided is not readily adjustable (as in this case) at the faucet, temperature of water shall be at least 100 degrees, but not greater than 108 degrees.
