Repair or replace the cutting board to permit easy cleaning and prevent the migration of deleterious substances, or transference of colors, odors, or tastes to food.
Comments:
Traulsen cooler 55F-do not use to store potentially hazardous foods until adjusted/repaired to hold foods 41F or colder.

- 1190 - Corrected During Inspection The ambient (air/water) temperature measuring device (dual or degrees Fl) located in the bar cooler is not easily readable.
Provide a temperature measuring device that is easily readable and accurate to +/-3 degrees Fahrenheit in the intended range of use. - 3080 - Less than 10 foot candles of light was noted in the walkin cooler.
Provide at least 10 foot candles at a distance of 30 inches from the floor in the walk-in refrigeration units and dry storage areas and in other areas and rooms during periods of cleaning. - 3330 - Critical Working containers of sanitizer are not properly labeled.
Working containers of toxic items are to be properly labeled with contents. Identification of these containers with the common name of the material helps prevent the dangerous misuse of the contents.

If this direct connection exists between the drinking water system and a source of contaminated water during times of negative pressure, contaminated water may be drawn into and foul the entire system.
Provide an air gap with a diameter that is at least twice the diameter of the water supply inlet and not less that 1 inch for proper backflow prevention by the air gap. - 3260 - Corrected During Inspection Employees are not using the dressing rooms or lockers provided.
Employees that regularly change their clothes in the establishment should use the dressing room or lockers provided.
