This food establishment is approved to serve food to the public. This inspection report could be used as a food permit until the official be mailed. Please correct the following items by next inspection. 1. Provide at least 50 f/c of light at the warewashing area (3 comp sink) 2. Install hooks for mop air drying at the mop sink area 3. Replace the soda bag-in- box system from the mop sink area (do not use this equipment until relocate or remove) 4. All kitchen, food preparation area and warewashing area should be easy to clean, non absorbent material, replace ceiling tiles. 5. Seal all kitchen wall/floor gaps. 6. Replace the bar 3 comp sink faucet (should be long enough to reach all 3 compartments) 7. Install self closing devices at the toilet room doors. Provide at least 50 f/c of light at the warewashing area (3 comp sink) 2. Provide/install soap, paper hand towels in dispenser and hand washing signage at all hand washing sink areas. 3. All lower shelving unit should be installed at least 6 inches above the floor. 4. Install hooks for mop air drying at the mop sink area 5. Replace the soda bag-in- box system from the mop sink area 6. Provide back flow prevention (air gap)for the ice machine 7.
