2. Install hooks for mop air drying at the mop sink area
3. Replace the soda bag-in- box system from the mop sink area (do not use this equipment until relocate or remove)
4. All kitchen, food preparation area and warewashing area should be easy to clean, non absorbent material, replace ceiling tiles.
5. Seal all kitchen wall/floor gaps.
6. Replace the bar 3 comp sink faucet (should be long enough to reach all 3 compartments)
7. Install self closing devices at the toilet room doors.

3. All lower shelving unit should be installed at least 6 inches above the floor.

6. Provide back flow prevention (air gap)for the ice machine
7. All kitchen, food preparation area and warewashing area should be easy to clean, non absorbent material, replace ceiling tiles.
8. Repair the refrigerated prep unit door.

11. Install sneeze guard or a partition to protect food in hot holding unit
