Correction: Hand soap must be provided at all hand washing lavatories to encourage proper hand washing. Hand cleanser must always be present to aid in reducing microorganisms and particulate matter found on hands.

Critical: Food - Potentially Hazardous Food - Cold Holding* (corrected on site) Observation: Chicken salad sandwiches (57F), coleslaw (50F), BBQ pulled pork (48F) and cooked apples (50F) cold holding at improper temperatures in the reach-in GE refrigerator.
Correction: Relocate food to a refrigeration unit that is capable of maintaining food storage at 41°F or below.

Other than a new knife block that the PIC got rid of the establishment had no problems.
Food Contact Surfaces - Cleanability* (corrected on site) Observation: The food contact surface of the knife block is not accessible for cleaning and inspection.
Correction: Multiuse food contact surfaces shall be accessible for cleaning and inspection: 1. without being dissambled. 2. by disassembling without the use of tools. or 3. by easy disassembling with use of handheld tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, open-end wrenches and Allen wrenches.
