NO CERTIFIED FOOD MANAGER present during inspection. The person in charge needs to be able to show food safety knowledge. The 3 compartment sink needs to have proper sanitizer in the rinse to be efficiently set up for serving the public. There will need to be an additional Certified Food Manager by November 30, 2009. This is to ensure the establishment is serving the public in a safe and sanitary manner.
