Establishment not open for business during inspection. The outdoor refuse area is unacceptable and progressively worsens over time. There is too much harborage and junk that is not removed. There is a chest freezer that is breeding mosquitos. The fly population is too high. Walk in refrigerator does not keep proper temperatures. Establishment is filthy with an accumulation of grease everywhere in the kitchen and restrooms covered in filth. There is no Certified Food Manager that works during operating hours to ensure food to the public is safe.
