A) noted hot cold running water. B) 3 comp sink needs air gap , Old 3 comp sink, may need to install new 3 comp sink if cannot be kept clean , current 3 comp sink does not have rounded corners. C) Ice Machine ok. Drain appears to be on a pump may have a air gap on it check with code for approval. D) Metal tables approved. E) Noted small kitchen upstairs with 2 sinks one to be used as hand sinks. F) Bar appears to be temporary. Set hand sanitizer for the Bartenders need to wash hands before bartenders . No handsink located near bar area.
