Comments:
The food service facility was found to be in compliance with the provisions of the Food Regulations. 1) Pre-packed foods are being served. Disposable utensils are being used. 2) Chemicals for the dish machine are not on site at this time. Ensure that a chemical sanitizer test kit is available to ensure that employees are able to monitor the sanitizer concentration of the dish machine on a daily basis. It is highly recommended that a log be maintained to document daily sanitizer concentrations. 3) Food service permit has been issued.
