• 1800 - Repeat The nonfood contact surface of the drain in 3 vat sink and ice dispenser in dining room has accumulations of grime and debris.
  Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.
• 2720 - Repeat Observed filled refuse containers stored in the establishment containing food residue wastes without lids.
  Cover all waste containers when not in continuous use.
• 3220 - Mops not hung up to air dry.
  Wet use maintenance items such as mops must be hung in a position that allows them to air dry so they are not allowed to grow contamination which can then be spread through the establishment at the next use.

August 02, 2005 (Routine)

• 1190 - There is no temperature measuring device provided in the cold holding unit.
  Provide a temperature measuring device that is easily readable and accurate to +/-1.5 degrees Celsius in the intended range of use.
• 1570 - Soda machine dispensing unit is leaking water. Microwave oven is not being used and stored in the back.
  Repair the soda machine dispensing unit to restore a state of condition that allows for proper operation, accuracy, functioning, maintenance, and cleanability per Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter. If unable to repair the soda machine dispensing unit, microwave oven replace it with one that meets the specifications of Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter.
• 1780 - Critical Equipment used for storage of packaged or open food items was observed with visible accumulations of soil and debris. Ice maker has mold.
  Clean storage equipment at a frequency to preclude accumulation of soil residues to prevent contamination of food in storage and reduce attraction of insects and rodents.
• 1800 - The nonfood contact surface of the drain under 3-vat sink, freezer ceiling, and soda machine had accumulations of grime and debris.
  Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.
