This is an inspection to deliver, review, discuss and approve the Risk Control Plan for Cooling Potentially Hazardous Food by this food facility. Plan was approved, will be implemented and monitored by the Health Department.

This is an inspection to assist the certified food manager of this food establishment with the development of a risk control plan for appropriate cooling methods for potentially hazardous food (rice, beans, chicken and ground beef) cooked in premises.
The cooling procedure was explained and discussed with manager. Recommendations were made.
Observed and participated in the cooling process of cooked rice. Risk control plan will be prepare to be approved by manager, implemented and monitor.
