Comments:
May pick up the Health Permit when you provide a copy of the Certificate of Occupancy. Post permit with manager certifications in the customers' view. Things to finish within one week: raise the water temperature in the rest rooms to 110F or more(today 89F), obtain the sanitizer test kit, disposable plastic gloves, and provide a working thermometer in the front of every refrigerator and freezer. Set up temperature charts to track pizzas using time as a control.
