Bar: remove the rug, finish installing the floor tiles and coved base molding, move the hand sink forwardso that it is easily accessed, reveal floor drain for the ice bin/drink gun and provide an air gap, finish cabinet shelves so that they are smooth, nonabsorbent, and easily cleanable. Front prep area: remove quarter round molding at cabinet and install coved molding for cleanability, finish wall properly at doorway, install washable ceiling tiles, properly finish damaged or incomplete baseboard areas throughout kitchen, redo trim on side of the pass thru window, remove current splashguard at the handsink and install an approved one, seal all bare edges on the formica shelving. Cookline area: seal underside of the pass thru window. Back kitchen area: caulk top edge of prep sink, install mop hangers at mop sink, finish trim around the walk in, ALL shelving must be smooth, nonabsorbent, and easily cleanable, many rough wood shelves observed today.
