2) Date Marking.
3) Ware washing machine chlorine sanitizer @ 100ppm.
4) Sanitizer buckets chlorine concentration @ 50ppm.
5) No cooking performed during inspection, foods were in hot holding units.
6) Facility is clean and well maintained.

    Observation: Raw food of animal origin holding in a manner that may cause cross contamination of to ready-to-eat food (RTE). Observed several raw/cooked vegetable containers stored under or adjacent to raw animal foods in the WIC.
    Correction: Separate raw foods during storage, preparation, holding, and display from raw RTE food including other raw food such as fish for sushi or molluscan shellfish, or other raw RTE food such as vegetables, and cooked RTE food.
