Violations: Comments:
This is a routine inspection of this restaurant. There has been a recent change of ownership but apparently the corporation was sold therefore a change of ownership inspection is not required. However, renovation and installation of new equipment has taken place, including adding seats and a bathroom, changes in the kitchen layout and a new walkin freezer. Plans were not submitted to the Health Department, and likely not to the plumbing, electrical, etc, divisions either. I will review the file with Plan Review section to discuss required plan submission, inspection and approval, etc. I will notify the CMF.
All violations noted during this inspection must be corrected for a followup inspection in two weeks, on March 25, 2009.
