The risk factors for foodborne illness, proper hand washing, sanitation of food contact surfaces and proper preparation and cooking unpasteurized shell eggs were also discussed.

Good compliance with past inspection. Previous violations have been corrected.
Facility is properly labeling all food in coolers. Employees observed washing hands and wearing gloves when handling food.
