RCDC is now called Central Kitchen and a new application must be filed with the Health Department to change the name on the health permit. All food for the three correctional facilities are still being prepared in the kitchen, but meal service has ceased (unless unusual circumstances warrant it). Broken floor tile noted by the floor drain by the kettle, and some additional one under the Cleveland convection ovens. Per staff, a work order has already been submitted to address the issue. Hoods have been receiving heavy use. Check to make sure an adequate cleaning schedule is being maintained to address build-ups.
