| Conducted follow up inspection on Liberty's campus. Thank you for correcting cold holding and cooler issues where food and cooler were in the 50's & 60's temperature-wise! Reminder to all have and use sanitizer test strips on the mobile unit. Observed good separate storage of raw foods (in-shell eggs) below ready-to-eat foods in the cooler. NOTE:Much food prep and dishwashing takes place at other Sodexo permitted facilities. Reminder that during use, doors & windows should be kept closed as much as possible to prevent the entry of pests such as flies. Reminder that all employee beverages must have both a lid and a straw and be handled and stored in a manner that prevent contamination. Work to have a clean place for in-use utensils to be stored. Good separate storage of chemicals below/away from food and single-use items. Good job with all employees having hair restraints.

Thermometers should be towards the front of coolers, at the warmest part. Lights were shielded, three-vat & hand sink have hot & cold running water.
