12/12/05: Discussed complaint with Chef, Mr. Damen Fong, he was not aware of complaint. According to him Chicken Marsela is not serving on Wednesdays. He also reported that on December 7, 2004 there was no reservation for dinner was made, he presented reservation book, no entry was made for this day.
Inspection revealed that the lack of a certified food manager on some working shifts is leading to critical violations including improper operation of dishwasher. It was requested to have a Certified Food Manager for all working shift.
