    Observation: An employee was drinking from an uncovered container in the food preparation area.
    Correction: Employees may drink from a closed beverage container if the container is handled to prevent contamination of (1) The employee's hands, (2) The container, and (3) Exposed food, clean equipment, utensils, and linens, and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles.
  • Sanitizing Solutions, Testing Devices (corrected on site)
    Observation: Quaternary Ammonia solution at the 3-compartment sink found below 100ppm.
    Correction: Drain and re-mix solution so that it is bewteen 200-400 ppm.
  • Handwashing - Using a Handwashing Lavatory (corrected on site)
    Observation: The handwashing facility located to the left of 4-drawer unit is blocked, preventing access by employees for easy handwashing.
    Correction: Access to the handwashing facility identified above is to be available during all hours of operation. Remove the mop bucket preventing its use.

Establishment clean and organized. Food preparation is minimal. Keep up the good work. Manager and two employees just took food safe test on Tuesday June 24 but has not received results

    Correction: Utilize only sanitizing agent that meet the requirements of 40 CFR 180.940 when applying to food contact surfaces
