Cease use of ice used as a cooling medium for food. Ice that has been in contact with unsanitized surfaces or raw animal foods may contain pathogens and other contaminants. - 2280 - Corrected During Inspection Critical The handsink in blocked preventing routine handwashing by food workers.
Keep handwash area clear to allow convenient use by food workers.
All violations were discussed with the operator.
January 05, 2009 (Follow-up)
Comments:All violations from pre-permit inspection of 12-22-2008 were corrected. Bacti water sample was collected. Facility is in substancial compliance with 12 VAC 5-421 Regulations. Permit to be issued pending good water sample. There is no refrigeration on the premises. Only Herbalife powdered products to be prepared and served.
