1. Obtain a Certificate of Occupancy from the City of Marascas Building Officials
2. No hot water at the facility - provide at least 110 degrees Fahrenheit of hot water.
3. Relocate the mop sink, recommended near the female toilet room.
4. Install handwashing sign at all handwashing sink stations
5. Provide at least 50 f/c of light at all food preparation and warewashing areas
6. All refrigerator light bulbs should be shielded / coated.
7. Repair the pre-wash spray hose (remove duct tape) and the 3 comp sink faucet
8. Replace the food prep table with small table - allow room for refrigerator door and employee flow.
9. Replace freezer shelving
10. Repair the walk in cooler room floor.
11. Repair, paint or clean all walls.
12. Install shelving for dry food storage
13. Replace the exhaust hood system light bulbs.
14. Install self closing device at the toilet room doors.
