The purpose of this visit was to conduct a follow up inspection. The prep line, cook line, warewashing area and refrigeration units were inspected. Your facility is under substantial compliance and can re-open.

The purpose of this visit was to verify the correction of the temperature of the walk in. It is holding phf at 41F or below.
Please fax, to my attention, within ten days the invoice for the repair of the walk in, invoice the backflow prevention device and air gap installation and the new menu.

The purpose of today’s inspection was to conduct a routine inspection. Thank you for accompanying me through the inspection as your participation allows me to clarify information and identify areas where your processes may need further attention or assessment.
The person in charge was not able to name the Big Five Foodborne illness which are required to be reported to the Health Department. Information on the Big Five Foodborne Illnesses, in Spanish, was left with the CFM to post. The facility does have an employee health policy and would not allow food workers to work if having symptoms outlined in the employee health handout provided to the CFM
