Violation: 1530 - There is no properly working test kit provided in the facility for monitoring the concentration of the chemical sanitizing solutions.
Obtain a quat test kit so that employees can accurately monitor the concentration of the sanitizing solutions and maintain them at a safe and effective level.
Comments:
Violation discussed with Certified foodservice manager. Operator's menu is still Langos. Vendor has permission to add sodas, water, & juices if she desires to do so. Mobile unit appears very clean!

Comments:Mobile unit has adequate supply of hot & cold water. Mobile has been constructed according to plans. Quat Sanitizer available at 200 ppm, an acceptable level. New Permit Isssued.
