Sewer line has been replaced & establishment may reopen.

Comments:
Site visit revealed that work has started on the sewer line repair and is now in progress. The Fire Marshall has posted a placard on front door indicating that the building is an "unsafe structure" and other repairs will be required prior to re-opening.

Note: A $50 civil ticket was issued for having no CFM on duty. Upon repeat of this critical violation, the establishment will be closed for operation. Please take this issue seriously.
Please discontinue the use of expired soda mix. Check the dates on the soda boxes. Some of them are datemarked (use by) 8/20/07.

Comments:
Visited the est. to conduct a folowup inspection. Upon today's visit, the following was observed:
- Most violations were corrected.
- The only violations not corrected were the dishwasher racks and unnecessary items in the basement. Thank you very much for your cooperation.
Please ENSURE all plumbing systems are in good repair. Please ENSURE a CFM is on duty while operation. Obtain a picture ID of CFM card at ORS (703) 533-7600.

Please FIX your violations, especially handsink faucet and drain under the soda machine.
Please call the Fire Department to ensure all electric wires are safely installed. They do not look safe. Spoke with the owner (Mr. Hicham Moutawakil) about the lack of fire safety at the establishment and lack of compliance on food safety code. Issued warning ticket on code *11.2.24.
Please be responsible for safety issues.
