This is opening inspection for the season. The following items need to be completed before opening: Hand towels needed at handsink. Final cleaning and sanitizing needed of equipment. Screens not yet installed at service window. This will be done this afternoon. Health department permit issued with the understanding that only prepackaged food (sandwiches, etc. prepared and wrapped in kitchen) may be served until screens are installed. Operator said that utensils and equipment will be taken to main kitchen for cleaning. Advised to use chlorine, rather than steramine tablets, for sanitizing since there are no test strips available for tablets.
