    Observation: Saniter was not dispensing at proper concentration.
    Correction: Adjust/replace dispenser or sanitzer.

    Observation: Observed accumulations of encrusted grease deposits or other soil on the following food contact surfaces: fryer cabinetry.
    Correction: Clean and sanitize these surfaces for food contact.

    Observation: Light bulb in walk-in freezer not shielded, coated, or otherwise shatter-resistant.
    Correction: Shield or replace light bulb with a coated or shatter-resistant bulb.

    Observation: Trash and litter were observed adjacent to the refuse container outside the facility. THer is grease dripping from the outside of the grease bin.
    Correction: The refuse container storage area and grounds adjacent to the container are to be maintained clean and sanitary.

    Observation: The recyclable container has torn at the point where the removal truck inserts its forks to lift and dump the container.
