    Observation: The establishment uses the manual hot water sanitizing method, hot water immersion. The temperature of the water was 120* F.
    Correction: The minimum temperature for manual hot water immersion sanitizing is 180ºF. Discontinue using this method until final rinse is maintained at the proper level. In the interim, move to chemical sanitizing method.

    Observation: The interior of the bowls were damaged that can not be easily cleaned.
    Correction: Discard and replace the bowls to provide a food contact surface that is smooth and easily cleanable.

    Observation: Dumpster or outside refuse container was open or uncovered.
    Correction: Cover all waste containers when not in continuous use.
  • Lighting, Intensity
    Observation: Less than 50 foot candles of light was noted in the kitchen.
    Correction: Provide at least 50 foot candles at a surface where a food employee is working with food or working with utensils or equipment such as knives, slicers, grinders, or saws where employee safety is a factor

    Observation: Containers of insect treatments are not properly stored to prevent the contamination of food equipment.
    Correction: Containers of insect treatment should be located outside of the facility.

they have a good idea of the services but like the old saying goes one bad apple can spoil it for other such as a certain staff that being over looked for her performance as well authority.i personally love the idea but the performance is terrible.
