There were no previous open hazards to follow-up on. Pre-cooked meatballs were heated on the stove to 155 degrees F and green beans to 204 degrees F. Ham and cheese sandwiches were just placed in warmer to heat up. EHS discussed with person in charge changes coming to the food regulations regarding having a person certified in food safety on staff and cut greens will be considered time and temperature control for food safety (TCS) foods. No hazards were observed during this inspection. Facility very clean and well maintained. Staff knowledgeable about all aspects of food safety practices. Thank you.
