Comments:Unit not in operation today. No food temperatures taken. All foods prepared at commissary, pre-wrapped, and hot held at required temperature. Thermometer available. Portable handwashing station available-set-up discussed. Pre-packaged chips and bottled beverages/soda cans properly stored. Unit appears to be clean and kept-well maintained. Renewal permit issued.

Maintain nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment clean.
Comments:
Hot dog cart operated with hot dogs, hot sausages, BBQ and meatballs kept in hot holding. Drinks and chips in bin. Food prepared at Anna's Bar. Operator with tongs, spoons, gloves and sandwich holders when in operation. Handwashing done by portable handwashing station. Cart not in operation during inspection. No potentially hazardous food present. Permit Renewal Issued. Conduct employee health training with employees including, good glove use, and handwashing.

Comments:Cart sells sandwiches that are prepared hot in Anna's Pizza and placed in hot holding from propane heater. Sodas and water are placed in a cooler on ice. No milk or other potentially hazardous cold drinks sold. Handwashing available. No cooking or food handling conducted on cart.

Comments:Hot Dog Cart pulled behind a truck. All food is prepared in Anna's Pizza and taken hot to the hot dog cart. No hot food present at this time. Hot food is kept in a propane operated heating well in insert pans. Other menu items are chips and soda. No cold holding needed. Permit Renew Issued.
