Several critical violations noted. New employees present and the only employee present on arrival of EHS with no sanitation training. Employees are required to be trained within 14 days of hire. A training log or chart for facility listing all employee sanitation training and person in charge that is properly trained in sanitation training are required. Ensure training chart is in place and available for review for follow up visit to check status of employee training. Training can be by facility CFM's or by employees attending Chesapeake Health Department food handlers training offered twice a month or a combination of both training options. LEFTOVERS IMPROPERLY COOLING in facility are from mobile unit listed as not keeping leftovers. Please contact EHS to update mobile units information, risk assessment and inspection status, or contact EHS and inform if leftovers will no longer be kept from mobile units as listed in files. Correct violations noted. Facility improvements in dining area with new carpeting, and newly repaired and painted walls.
