Great separate storage of chemicals below/away from foods, clean dishware, and single-use items. Good job date marking. Facility keeps equipment & food temperature logs. Some food is prepared at other Sodexo permitted facilities.

| The following items will be addressed prior to opening on Wed. 9/18/13: 1. sneeze guards are missing and are scheduled to be installed later on this afternoon. 2. dry storage is not finished-needs to be finished within 10 days. 3. lighting in dry storage needs to be shielded. 4. will be using student services mop sink until a separate one can be built outside backdoor. 5. will be hanging mops outside backdoor. 6. will be installing open-air sandwich coolers and refrigerated meal replacement table prior to opening.
