    Correction: Obtain a chlorine sanitizer test kit so that employees can monitor the concentration of the sanitizing solutions.

    Observation: The kitchen prep sink drain line lacks an air gap.

    Observation: No disposable towels were provided at the hand washing sink in the employee restroom.
    Correction: Provide individual disposable paper towels at all hand washing sinks.

Correct the following items:
1) Install an approved splashguard on the left side of the kitchen handsink.
2) Install an air-gap on the prep sink drain line.
3) Install covered trash containers in the staff restrooms.
4) Provide a sanitizer test kit.
5) Provide a metal stem food thermometer.
6) Adjust kitchen light sensor to stay on.
Approved after items corrected.
Discussed employee health policy, highly susceptible population regs, & critical items handouts.
Note: foodservice employees are to store coats in the manager's office.
Note: No grease trap in kitchen.
