Notes: Sanitizer Wiping Cloth CL2 Res. Conc. = 50 PPM at time of this inspection. (After line cleared of old solution at less than 10 PPM - please watch.) Facility utilizing Gloves, un-scented Bleach, Food Thermometer, etc. Wiping Cloth Solution Toxics label faded - needs to be legible at all times please. Overall - facility appeared very clean, organized and well maintained. No deficiencies noted at time of this inspection. Copy of this months menu received for file. Violation: 1570 - EQUIPMENT was observed in a state of disrepair and damaged. White Magic Chef Refrigerator Out of Service. Room #1. Restroom; Bathroom Tissue Dispensor in disrepair. Repair the EQUIPMENT to restore a state of condition that allows for proper operation, accuracy, functioning, maintenance, and cleanability per Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter. If unable to repair the EQUIPMENT, replace it with one that meets the specifications of Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter.

Notes: Sanitizer Wiping Cloth Solution (CL2) = ~ 50 PPM. NEED COPY OF MOST RECENT SATISFACTORY WATER ANALYSIS REPORT - ASAP. Very Clean Facility. Nice Job. Thank You. Issued Annual Permit. (Renewal Permit) New Self-Closures installed on both Restroom doors and front entrance door on ~ Jan. 6, 2008. So far so good..... Violation: 1790 - The (cavity, door seal) of the microwave oven is observed soiled. Using the manufacturer's recommended cleaning procedure, clean the (cavity, door seal) of the microwave oven at least every 24 hours.

Notes: Need food thermometer that reads in 2 Deg. increments. Mop Room Completed to best of ability (around-air duct tubing, etc.). Electrical Closet has sliding locks at top . Mops now have Hooks for air drying.; Have self closures on bathroom doors - both pulling out, any suggestions? (Same for Front Entrance Door.) Using canned Vegetables only - No Air Gap needed on 3-Compartment Sink at this time. Date labeling Food observed - Thank You. Cl2 Sanitizer Wiping Cloth Solution Concentration = ~ 50 PPM. Facility has Food Thermometer that reads in 5 Deg. increments, CL2 Sanitizer Test Kit, Bleach Sanitizer. Great Job Overall! - THANK YOU!

One- Hand wash station located at food prep. station on other side of wall opposite of 3-compt. sink. (Note - regulations require a handwash station at all food prep. and dishwash locations - due to area limitations and plumbing restrictions and limited menu and occupancy loading an exception may be granted - If an exception cannot be granted, permittee will be required to install a handsink in the dishwash room prior to issuance of any renewal permit, if no sooner). NOTE: MOP SINK ROOM TO BE ADDRESSED "WALLS, FLOOR & CEILING (if applicable) WITHIN 60 DAYS. ALL OTHER DEFICIENCIES NOTED ABOVE ARE TO BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO OPENING OF FACILITY. NOTE: IF FACILITY UTILIZES 3-COMPARTMENT SINK TO WASH FOOD ITEMS OR FRESH VEGETABLES, IT WILL NEED TO BE AIR-GAPPED. CONTACT HEALTH DEPARTMENT IF FURTHER DETAILS ARE NEEDED. Operator Provided copy of Certificate of Occupancy from Building and Zoning Depicting a maximum occupancy of "19" along with approval from local Health Department for approval of Water And Sewage System for operation of Day Care Facility at permitted capacity of "19" persons.
